"Packages"
ALL materials must be presented in MSWord file format. Sound files must be encoded in MP3 format. Any corrections or conversions that have to be done by NewMusicals.com will incur an additional fee.
There are two types of packages available:
STANDARD: Main listing includes: a synopsis; a cast list; an orchestration list; a listing of the creative team, production history, any available reviews and a contact address (e-mail or standard)
PREMIUM: All of the basic package plus pictures of members of the creative team (author, lyricist & composer) if available, plus production photos if available (photo can be in b&w or color), and sound samples (mp3 format) if available.
FEES
Reading Fee: $5.00
One Time set-up fee: $35.00
Standard Package fee per month: (min. 3 mos. initial sign-up) - $14.95
Premium Package fee per month: (min. 3 mos. initial sign-up) - $24.95
SPECIAL OFFER:
If you allow us to promote your work(s) for one full year, packages will be discounted as follows:
One show: 10%
Two shows: 15%
Three shows or more: 20%
PLEASE NOTE: If a show is accepted after review, to guarantee inclusion in the following month's site listing all materials (synopsis, lists, photographs, etc. - electronic jpeg files preferred)) must be received on computer disk or e-mailed six weeks before the month of inclusion. This also applies to payment checks, which should be made payable to: NewMusicals.com. All site formatting will be provided by NewMusicals.com.
