Brandenburgh A MUSICAL FARCE “Brandenburgh” (under its former title, “A Medieval Romance”) was a semi-finalist in the McLaren Comedy Play Writing Competition of Texas in 2001. Set Requirements The set can be as elaborate or suggestive as imagination & budget allow. There are interior scenes in a castle and outdoor scenes by a forest, the time period being medieval in setting. Simplicity should reign. Costuming – the greater challenge - should be period.
